There are basically two types of bloggers in the world – reporters and experts – and some people perform both roles (usually the experts, it?s hard for reporters to become experts, but it?s easy for experts to report).
If you have ever taken an Internet marketing course or attended a seminar specifically for beginners, you have probably heard about the two different methodologies. Whenever the business model is based on content, and if you blog for money then the model is based on content, people are taught to either start as reporters, or if possible step up as experts.
I?ll be frank; you want to be the expert.

I Just saw quite a few posts in various forums of people screaming that AWeber had raised their pricing structure. Well they did that but?
What the moaners and groaners failed to take into consideration is the features that they added. Used to be that there was little difference between the top 2 or 3 autoresponders other than a few specific features. Not any more.
They have added the features that only the big emailers could afford to track and test responses and much more.

With high search engine rankings becoming increasingly important for business success online, search engine optimisation (SEO) is an important part of the marketing mix. However, hiring a professional SEO to run a campaign for you can be expensive. That’s where SEO training comes in.
The Importance of SEO
With 90% of internet users using search engines to find websites and the majority of those people only looking at the top two results pages, having a high search engine ranking really can make the difference between business success and failure.

Email marketing is something that can be easy or hard to implement; it depends on you. The basis of email marketing is a list; though there are many companies selling email lists, it is better for you to create your own email list. If and when you build your own list, you develop cordial relationships with these people which make email marketing easier. So the first step to effective email marketing is building your own list.
Though auto responders have their own personalization feature, it is better for you to be personal in your emails. Speak directly to the recipient of the email so that the email doesn’t look like it has come from an auto responder, but directly from you. this is the second step to effective email marketing.
Content is an important aspect of effective email marketing. Make sure you have content that people are interested in reaching and not something that will make them bored about reading. Just consider how you would accept the email if you received it, and whether you would read it if you received the email. If you would read the email if you received it, then it is more than likely that your recipients too would read it.

This one is for the newbies that have no idea what RSS, XML and syndication are?whoa, confusing already isn?t it!
Definitions
It wasn?t much longer then six months ago that I had no idea what these terms were. I understood what XML was because I had read a book about it but I had no idea how it all worked with syndication of content. Just as I learnt how trackbacks work by actually using them I did the same with syndication. I also took the time to read the definitions of the terms and as usual the Wikipedia entries on XML, RSS, Web Syndication and Web Feed are a good place to start.

Article marketing is how you, as an ordinary person, can tap into that deep,
specialized target market. It is a fast, safe, proven method to attract new
buyers. Article marketing is the one free or nearly free way to promote a
product or website that anyone can do if they will work at it and it is a
good way to bring in new traffic.
Article Marketing is a long term investment and it is considered one of a
viral marketing method because from a single article one can obtain dozens
or even hundreds of references to their name and website, which is why
article marketing is regarded as a highly effective marketing tactic.
Remember, article marketing is not as difficult as it sounds, moreover is
a cost-effective method of marketing your Web site and services, and driving
up your search engine ranking in the process. It does not matter that you
are new but everyone can do easily. If you’ve been around Internet marketing
for any length of time, you know that article marketing is pretty hot.

Internet marketing is mainly done by sending emails. People indulging in Internet marketing have an access to a database of emails, which they use to send their marketing collateral like articles, e-flyers and e-brochures to. This kind of email marketing is risky, as there is no saying when the recipient of the email will actually read your email and send a affirmative reply.
Actually speaking, any kind of marketing is all about networking with people. In the same vein, email marketing would mean a person should always be able to process and reply to any and replies they receive due to their Internet or email marketing. It is, of course, a physically impossible task for a person to sit at the email program 24/7 and check the replies, and hiring a group of people to handle these emails will just increase the unnecessary costs of Internet marketing.

Then, there are the rest of us…
Knowing that we want to have a business of our own is not
enough. Many of us have struggled with the important question of

In every bloggers life comes a special day – the day they first launch a new blog. Now unless you went out and purchased someone else’’s blog chances are your blog launched with only one very loyal reader – you. Maybe a few days later you received a few hits when you told your sister, father, girlfriend and best friend about your new blog but that’’s about as far you went when it comes to finding readers.
Here are the top 10 techniques new bloggers can use to find readers. These are tips specifically for new bloggers, those people who have next-to-no audience at the moment and want to get the ball rolling.
It helps if you work on this list from top to bottom as each technique builds on the previous step to help you create momentum. Eventually once you establish enough momentum you gain what is called “traction”, which is a large enough audience base (about 500 readers a day is good) that you no longer have to work too hard on finding new readers. Instead your current loyal readers do the work for you through word of mouth. Read the rest of this entry
