Today I want to talk about blog design. As I browse the Web, I stumble on many different blogs, most of them ugly. It’s understandable that people can’t design web pages, but with many free descent templates available, there’s no excuse for ugly looking pages. All I can say – if you don’t know how, get a free or buy a template, or hire a professional.
Finding The Right Blog Template
A blog template is the format in which the blog will appear and how it can be used. If you are designing your website and want to include a blog, you will want to choose something that will serve your needs and not just look good on the page. You first need to decide the use your blog will serve.

Motivation is the essential fuel to the fire
In order to succeed in your attempt to make money online from home, it is imperative that you have significant motivation and are able to stay motivated throughout the course of your online business life. Motivation is essentially that thing that essentially fuels the fire. Motivation is what induces you into action and action is what allows you to do the necessary tasks that enable you to be successful and make money. Therefore without sufficient motivation and the ability to stay motivated, the likelihood of your success diminishes significantly.
Primary forms of motivation
In discussing motivation as it is a must to make money online from home, you must realize that people are motivated by pleasure or pain. Individuals who are motivated by pleasure are motivated by the rewards and benefits that are possible in the future as a result of taking action. By taking action and being successful, they realize they could have things that increase the pleasure of their lives.
Examples of pleasure motivators include buying a new car, going on vacation, purchasing a new home, etc. People motivate by pain are motivated into action because the lack of taking action will result in some sort of pain in that persons life. People with no outs so to speak and their backs against the wall are people who are motivated by pain. Essentially if these people don’t get into action, they risk losing certain things which would cause pain in their lives. The motivation for these people then becomes to avoid that pain. Understand that these are the two primary forms of motivation can allow you to look at your situation and determine which one’s would best motivate you.

You have been building your list for some time now. Perhaps you have 100 subscribers to your list, or maybe you have 500 or 5000.
You have heard that some internet marketers can earn up to one dollar for every name on their list, per month, but you aren’t near that. Why?
One of the most important things to know and remember about list building is that list building is not just about assembling a collection of emails. If that were the case, you could buy a list of one million and make one million per month, right?

Blogs often fail because their owners run out of topics to write about, and in a fit of frustration and writer’s block, they give up. People have trouble coming up with ideas oftentimes, and that’s okay. It doesn’t say anything bad about your ability as a blogger. It just means that you need to come up with a new method of developing ideas.
Here’s a good writer’s best kept secret: when you run out of ideas of your own, look to other people for inspiration. The following are great tips for developing blog topics when your own creativity well comes up dry:

I admit it. The term “viral marketing” is offensive. Call yourself a Viral Marketer and people will take two steps back. I would. “Do they have a vaccine for that yet?” you wonder. A sinister thing, the simple virus is fraught with doom, not quite dead yet not fully alive, it exists in that nether genre somewhere between disaster movies and horror flicks.
But you have to admire the virus. He has a way of living in secrecy until he is so numerous that he wins by sheer weight of numbers. He piggybacks on other hosts and uses their resources to increase his tribe. And in the right environment, he grows exponentially. A virus don’t even have to mate — he just replicates, again and again with geometrically increasing power, doubling with each iteration:

To get good traffic, your website needs to be popular, to be popular, your website needs links, to get links, your website needs to be popular….Before you groan in defeat, let me explain. Now everyone agrees that link popularity is critical for your website’s visibility, traffic, and thus successfulness. It is something you need to have. As I pondered the ways of establishing and improving one’s “popularity”, eventually all come back to one central issue–your website must be designed to be popular.
Link popularity is a basically the measure of links pointing to your website and is meant to be a measure of the best websites. Theoretically those websites that have the most links pointing to them must be important and thus worth the visit. Unfortunately, there are a lot of folks out there that have created programs to “boost” your popularity artificially and all they have done is create spam and muddy the picture. The search engines and directories are keeping a close eye on these programs.
Having legitimate link programs or a company (such as LinkageXpress) help with your link building is fine, but each website needs to look at its design and content before seeking links.

In my previous list building article I was discussing how to drive massive amounts of traffic to your squeeze page. Though very effective, the traffic sources I listed were also very beginner friendly. Today I’m going to take it to the next level and show you have to drive even more traffic, with some more advanced resources – note that these aren’t supposed to replace the resources in the last article, they are meant to be add-ons to your overall traffic strategy.
But before we get started on that we need to take a close look at your conversion tracking…

Step 1 – Niche Research
The first key to the success of a blog or mini site is that it has to target a group of people (a niche) who are hungry for information of a specific nature. In other words, I’m talking about the selection of your niche.
The group of people that your blog or mini site targets has to be a group of people who have problems. Problems in the sense that they are looking for a solution to something, looking to improve something. Furthermore, in a great niche, that SOMETHING, is something that causes pain. Financial pain, physical pain, emotional pain, some sort of pain, for the simple reason that people who have pain are the people who will want to buy solutions to that pain, and hopefully from your website.
If that sounds a bit sick, trying to exploit people with pain, it’s not. It’s called marketing. You’ve had marketers doing it to you your whole life and you probably never even knew about it, why can’t you do it too? And what’s more, you’re actually going to provide these people with a real solution, so you’re being helpful!

Do you have a dream or vision for your business or organization?

Do you have a personal dream or vision? How many dreams or visions have you had in your life that you did not act upon? How many did you pursue? And what happened? They’ll help keep you on course when the going gets a little bumpy. Now it’s time to put together your battle plan. Your goal when developing your battle plan is to put together a well oiled system that will work on auto – pilot.
The time you spend putting your system in place will save you time and energy down the line. It will also help you get a jump-start on building your downline wide, fast. The goal of your system is to capture email addresses to allow you to follow up on all your prospects.
