If you need someone standing over you telling you exactly what to do and when to do it, an online business may not be right for you. Self-starter people will not just sit around thinking about doing something. They decide what they need to do, and simply do it. They understand their strengths and weaknesses and able to accept them. They will find ways to get over obstacles to achieve their goals.

Some people find that they can get away working eight hour days, but others have to put in twice as much time in order to be successful.
